I put every solo track that I record up for free download because I firmly believe that art and information should be free to everyone.  I've been a part of the file sharing community since I found out about Napster in high school so to try to copyright and sell my music would be absurdly hypocritical.  I have a donation button at the bottom of this page if you would like to help finance my music.  I make $12 an hour and this site costs $14.95 per month to maintain in its current state.  If you make a donation, that is what the money will go toward.  If enough people start donating that the hosting fees are paid every month, I would put excess donations toward studio time or better equipment.  Basically, I would allow whoever donated the money to decide which track they would like to hear in better quality.  If we ever get to the point where donations exceed four hundred dollars per week, which I can't even imagine, I will quit working and focus on music full time.  And maybe even start touring.  Who knows?

Also, I do have collaborative projects with other artists whose philosophy is slightly different from mine.  Those projects will more than likely end up being independently distributed mixtapes available for sale on their own sites.  I will promote those projects on this site but I more than likely will not upload them in any form here in order to maintain the integrity of this site as a home for free music.
